Dr Wayne Hocking took a group of undergraduate physics and astronomy students to visit his radar site in Socorro, New Mexico in April 2003. We will describe our main activities:

  • Dr. Hocking's radar
  • Bradbury Science Museum
  • talk given by Galen Gisler of Los Alamos Labs
  • tour of the Very Large Array
  • rock climbing
  • hiking
